  Because they are Vietnamese and Chinese, those people are primary their concern. I suggest they should name this bank as bank of China and Vietnam. Bad experience to wasting my time since I'm first signed in and waiting for after those Vietnamese and Chinese. I hope the management will look into it.

  there is a male teller very bad attitude. I went to deposit cash for my friend this afternoon. the guy ask my ID, then i give him and ask him" require the ID to make deposit to someone else?" His answer is " you don't want to deposit?" . Jesus man, I really cant believe what i was hearing. what does mean" you don't want to deposit?" ? I will make a call to BOA customer services and tell them how his attitude to the costumer!!!!! very bad!!!! and can not believe!!!
